I am currently working on the first of a series of training videos focused on understanding better how to apply systems thinking and system dynamics to software management and engineering. The video will be available on this site as well as on YouTube. I will update this post when the video is complete in March 2009!

Starting in March 2009, I will be releasing a series of training videos specifically designed to illustrate how to apply systems thinking and system dynamics tools and technologies to software management, engineering and improvement. These videos will be posted on this website, available on YouTube, and will be available for purchase for those wanting to use them as part of a training effort in commercial organizations.
