Jim Hart is president and principal consultant of Software Process Dynamics, LLC.
Prior to starting Software Process Dynamics, he successfully ran a software consulting and appraisal company for 12 years, providing CMM/CMMI-based training, consulting and appraisal services. As a CMM and CMMI lead appraiser for over 16 years, he conducted nearly 100 process-related appraisals at all levels of process maturity.
As a senior member of the technical staff at the Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) Process Program from 1991-1997, he worked on the CMM for Software and developed many successful process-related courses and workshops.
A speaker at many US and international software conferences for over 20 years, Jim Hart is a successful quality and process improvement consultant. He has consulted with over 100 companies worldwide and of all sizes, and trained nearly 3000 executives, managers and engineers on all aspects of software process.
