Our Modeling System Dynamics Workshop is the cornerstone of our training services. The generic version of this 4-day workshop covers all aspects of how to apply systems thinking and system dynamics tools to software management and process improvement situations. However, we will work with you to tailor the course to fit the specific skills and knowledge you will need to successfully apply system dynamics and systems thinking tools and technologies to how you currently manage, engineer and test your software products.
